Very fine and rare, tonneau-shaped, self-winding, 18K white gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, 24-hour indication and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by a spare solid 18K white gold back, fitted wooden Patek Philippe box, Certificate of Origin and the Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed , transparent case back, sapphire crystals. D. Black with applied white gold Breguet numerals, outer minute divisions, subsidiary dials for the days of the month, the week, the months, the leap year and the 24 hours, aperture for the moon phases. White gold Breguet hands. M. Cal. 240/114, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 27 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, selfcompensating free-sprung fl at balance spring, 22K gold micro-rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 35 x 43 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
