Very fine and very rare, astronomic, center seconds, self-winding, water resistant 18K white gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, retrograde date, leap year indication, moon phases and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by the original fitted winding box, Certificate of Origin, additional 18K white gold case back, push pin and instruction booklet.
