Very fine, astronomic, center-seconds, self-winding, platinum gentleman's wristwatch, with perpetual calendar, retrograde date display, leap year, phases of the moon and Patek Philippe platinum buckle. Accompanied by original Patek Philippe box and Certificat d?Origine.
