Very fine, astronomic, self-winding, 18K white gold gentleman's wristwatch with 48-hour power reserve sector, moon phases, date and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the original box and certificate.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, hinged case back to view the movement, rounded bezel, straight lugs, gold screwed bars, domed sapphire crystal. D. White with painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary dials for the seconds at 4, the days of the month at 7, sector for the up-and-down indication between 10 and 11, aperture for the moon phases. Black oxidized gold "spade" hands. M. Cal. 240/164, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, freesprung Gyromax balance, shock absorber, self-compensating balance spring, 22K gold micro-rotor mounted on ball bearings. Dial and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
