Very fine and rare, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, platinum and diamond wristwatch with annual calendar, power reserve, moon phases and a Patek Philippe platinum buckle. C. Three-body, stepped and curved bezel, case band set at 6 with a Top-Wesselton diamond, concave lugs, correctors on the band, screwed-down transparent case back, sapphire crystals. D. Slate gray with applied white gold luminous radial Roman numerals, outer minute/second track, subsidiary dials for the days of the week and the month, sector for the power reserve indication below 12, apertures for the date at 6 and the moon phases. Luminous white gold feuille hands. M. Cal. 315, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 37 jewels, straightline lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, 18K gold rotor.
