Ref. 5056 Better known as the "Quantième Annuel" or Annual Calendar. This model was launched by Patek Philippe in 1996. It features a calendar with an ingenious patented mechanism that requires adjusting only once per year, on the 1st March and then operates for one year without adjustment, automatically jumping from the 30th to the 1st in months that have 30 days.
