Very fine and rare, "Officier-style", center seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, retrograde date, 48-hour autonomy and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe winding box, setting pin, and Certificate of Origin.

C. Four-body, solid, polished, hinged case back over transparent crystal to view the movement, rounded band and bezel, straight lugs with gold screwed bars, sapphire crystals. D. White with painted radial Roman numerals, concentric, retrograde sector for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months, the leap year and the moon phases. Black oxydized gold "feuille" hands. M. Cal. 315/136 stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 31 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, 21K gold rotor. The date is indicated by a hand progressing along a 240° arc located within the hour scale between 8 and 4 o'clock. Around midnight on the last day of each month, be it the 28th, 29th, 30th, or 31st, the hand automatically jumps back to the numeral 1.
