Very fine, thick, astronomic, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, retrograde date, 48 hours autonomy, 18K pink gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by a certificate and original box.

C. three-body, solid, polished, hinged case back, sapphire crystal porthole, rounded band, pyramidal bezel, straight lugs, pink gold screwed bars. D. white with painted radial Roman numerals, concentric, retrograde sector for the days of the month, outer 1/5th second scale, apertures for the days of the week, the months, the leap year and the moon phases. "Feuille" blued steel hands, "Bâton" white hand with black arrow for the retrograde date. M. Cal. 315/136 SQR aut., stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 31 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance-spring, 21K gold rotor.
