Very fine, astronomic, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, retrograde date, 48-hour autonomy, an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by an electrically-driven leather-covered fitted box for winding the watch and an original certificate.
