Very fine, astronomic, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, retrograde date, 48-hour autonomy, an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by an electrically-driven leather-covered fitted box for winding the watch and an original certificate.

C. three-body, solid, polished, hinged case back, sapphire crystal, rounded band, pyramidal bezel, straight lugs, yellow gold screwed bars. D. white with painted radial Roman numerals, concentric, retrograde sector for the days of the month, outer 1/5th second scale, apertures for the days of the week, the months, the leap year and the moon phases. "Feuille" burnished steel hands. M. Cal. 315/136 SQR aut., stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 31ewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, 21K gold rotor.
