This watch has an entirely new Patek Philippe movement with 10-day power reserve, a first in the history of watchmaking. It was produced in 3000 examples only, with 1500 in yellow gold, 750 in pink gold, 450 in white gold and 300 in platinum, with a flawless Top Wessleton diamond set between the lugs at 6 o'clock. To guarantee the exclusivity of the limited edition Ref. 5100 the case production tools will never be used again.
