Very fine and rare, rectangular lozenge-shaped, water-resistant, 18K pink gold chronometer wristwatch with 10-day power reserve and an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by fitted box, Certificate of Origin, attestation, COSC certificate and medal.

Cal. 28-20 / 220, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 29 jewels, 9 of them in 18K gold chatons, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, double-barrel. Ref. 5100 has a movement with a 10-day power reserve, a first in the history of watchmaking. It was produced in 3000 examples only: 1500 examples in yellow gold: 750 examples in pink gold ; 450 examples in white gold; 300 examples in platinum. The platinum examples have a flawless Top Wesselton diamond set between the lugs at 6 o?clock. To guarantee the exclusivity of this limited edition, the case production tools will never be used again.
