Very fine and rare, rectangular lozenge-shaped, water-resistant, 18K pink gold chronometer wristwatch with 10-day power reserve and an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by fitted box, Certificate of Origin, attestation, COSC certificate and medal.

Gray with applied pink gold dart indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial at 6, up-and-down power reserve indication at 12. Pink gold dauphine hands. M. Cal. 28-20 / 220, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 29 jewels, 9 of them in 18K gold chatons, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung fl at balance spring, double-barrel.
