Very fine, rectangular lozenge-shaped, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold chronometer wristwatch with 10-day power-reserve and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe box.

Matte silver with applied yellow gold dart indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial at 6, 10 day power-reserve indication at 12. Yellow gold dauphine hands. M. Cal. 28-20/220, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 29 jewels, 9 of them in 18K gold chatons, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung fl at balance spring, double barrel. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 34 x 46 mm. Thickness 12 mm.

Launched in a limited edition to celebrate the new Millenium the Ref.5100 is Patek Philippe's fi rst 10-day movement. The case design was based on the 1950s Ref.2556, which itself was based on the graceful shape of the Manta Ray fi sh. The series was available as follows: Platinum with black dial, 300 examples. Patek Philippe Yellow gold with silvered dial, 1500 examples; Rose gold with anthracite dial, 750 examples; White gold with blue dial, 450 examples
