Very fine, rectangular lozenge, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with 10-day power reserve and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. C. Two-body, manta ray-shaped, solid, polished, concave and stepped bezel, protected winding crown, transparent case back with 4 screws, sapphire crystals. D. Satiné silver with applied yellow gold dart indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial at 6, up-and-down indication below 12. Yellow gold "dauphine" hands. M. Cal. 28-20/220, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 29 jewels, 9 of them in 18K gold châton settings, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, double barrel. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 34 x 46 mm. Thickness 12 mm.

Ref. 5100 Has a newly-developed Patek Philippe movement with a 10-day power reserve, a first in the history of watchmaking. It was produced in 3000 examples only: 1500 in yellow gold, 750 in pink gold, 450 in white gold and 300 in platinum, the latter with a flawless Top Wesselton diamond set between the lugs at 6 o'clock. Ref. 5100 is an exclusive, limited edition; its case production tools will never be used again.
