Production of this reference started in 2000.Very fine and rare, self-winding, water-resistant, platinum and diamond gentleman's wristwatch with "World Time"-system and a platinum Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by a mahogany wooden fitted box and a certificate.

C. two-body, solid, polished, screwed-down transparent case back, protected crown, pusher on the band linked to the train to activate the settable discs with the different time zones, the 24 hours and jump-type time setting, concave lugs, Top Wesselton diamond set between the lugs at 6, sapphire crystals. D. "guilloché" blue with applied white gold indexes, surrounded by a black and matte silver revolving disc in 24 hours for the diurnal and nocturnal hours, outer revolving ring dial bearing thnames of 24 cities in the world. "Lozenge" white gold hands. M. Cal. 240/188 stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 33 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance-spring, 22K gold micro-rotor.
