Fine and rare, rectangular, 18K white gold and diamond wristwatch with an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the original fitted box and Certificate of Origin.

C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, bezel and lugs set with 72 round diamonds, case back with 4 screws, sapphire crystal. D. Midnight blue, indexes set with three baguette diamonds and one round diamond, subsidiary seconds dial. White gold "feuille" hands. M. Cal. 215, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring.
