Very fine, rare and important, tonneau-shaped, Art Deco style, astronomic, center seconds, self-winding, 18K white gold gentleman's wristwatch with annual calendar, moon phases, 24-hour indication and an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a wooden fitted box, certificate of origin and a setting pin.
