Very fine and rare, astronomic, center seconds, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with semi-instantaneous digital triple date annual calendar, moon phases, 48-hour autonomy and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Certificate of Origin, 2 instruction booklets, setting pin and commemorative sterling-silver medal.

Three-body, "Officer-style," solid, polished, engraved and hinged case back over transparent cover for viewing the movement, rounded bezel and band with four correctors, protected "Louis XV" style winding crown, straight lugs, sapphire crystals. D. Ivory-colored with yellow gold baton indexes, the Tiffany "T" at 12, concentric seconds scale, apertures for the days of the week, the months in Arabic numerals, the date and the moon phases. Yellow gold dauphine hands. M. Cal. 315/189, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 35 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, mobile stud bearer, 21K gold central rotor. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 13 mm.

It was launched by Patek Philippe in 2001 in commemoration of the 150 years of collaboration between Patek Philippe and Tiffany & Co. (1851-2001). This limited edition wristwatch was exclusively available at Tiffany & Co. Each wristwatch of this limited series was accompanied by a solid hand engraved silver coin which represents the dial and the back cover of the timepiece and bears the inscription "in commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the exceptional relationship between Patek Philippe and Tiffany & Co." The "T150" is the first limited edition wristwatch ever produced for a U.S. retailer by Patek Philippe. This limited edition wristwatch was produced as follows:
