Very fine and rare, astronomic, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with semi-instantaneous digital triple date annual calendar and moon phases, hinged case back and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box, certificate, booklet and commemorative sterling silver coin.

C. three-body, "Officier and Bassine-style" (reminiscent of the wristwatches worn by officers during WWI), solid, polished, hinged case back with engraving of the original Patek Philippe store in Geneva, transparent inner back to view the movement, straight and curved lugs, protected "Louis XV-style winding crown, sapphire crystals. D. ivory-colored with applied yellow gold bâton indexes and the Tiffany "T" at 12 o'clock, concentric inner seconds graduation, apertures for the days of the week, the months in Arabic numerals, the date and the moon phases. Faceted "Dauphine" yellow gold hands. M. Cal. 315/189 stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 35 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance-spring, 21K gold central rotor, undirectional winding, 21000 oscillations/hour.
