Very fine and rare, rectangular and flared, "bombé", 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box, certificate and a special Patek Philippe commemorative silver coin.

C. Two-body, solid, polished, concave sides, "bombé" sapphire crystal. D. Matte champagne with applied yellow gold Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial. Black "feuille" hands. Cal. 215, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodiumplated, "fausses côtes? decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring.
