Notes

"Pagoda" The Pagoda series was created in 1997 to mark the inauguration of Patek Philippe?s new watchmaking manufacture in Geneva. The destruction of the tools and dies used in its production ensures that neither the Ref. 5500 or 4900 can ever again be manufactured. A similar watch is illustrated in ?Collecting Patek Philippe Wristwatches? by Osvaldo Patrizzi, Guido Mondani Editore, 2004, vol II, p. 312.
