Very fine and rare, large, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box, certificate and Extract from the Archives.

C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, flat bezel, concave lugs. D. Copper-colored with applied pink gold faceted bâton markers, subsidiary seconds dial. Pink gold "dauphine" hands. M. Cal. 12-400, stamped twice with the Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 9 mm.
