Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold gentleman?s wristwatch. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe box, the original Certificate of Origin and the Extract from the Archives.

Matte silver with applied yellow gold baton indexes and Arabic quarters, outer minute divisions, sunk guilloché subsidiary dial for the seconds. Yellow gold ?baton? hands. M. Cal. 12???-120, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, ?fausses côtes? decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to five positions, heat, cold and isochronism, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator.
