Pink Gold Ref. 570, Oversized Patek Philippe & Co., Genève, movement No. 924954, case No. 298776, Ref. 570. Made in 1944, sold on September 22nd, 1945. Very fine and rare, large, 18K pink gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, flat bezel, concave lugs, snap-on case back. D. Pink with applied pink gold faceted baton indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary dial for the seconds, outer minute track. Pink gold feuille hands. M. Cal. 12''' 120, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, stamped twice with the Geneva Quality Seal, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronisms and to five positions, self-compensating steel Breguet balance spring, swan neck micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 9 mm.
