Very fine and very rare, large, 18K white gold wristwatch with a 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by its original fitted box, Extract from the Archives and hang tag.

straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted
to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating
Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer
regulator.
Dial, case and movement signed.
