Tiffany & Co. Founded in 1837 under the name Tiffany & Young, Tiffany & Co. has become an internationally famous retailer of fi ne jewelry, watches and objects. The relationship between Tiffany and Patek Philippe began through an informal agreement in 1849 and the watches began being retailed by Tiffany under their new name, Patek Philippe & Cie (formally Patek, Czapek & Cie). Over the next 100 years, the retailer became the most important venue for Patek Philippe's exposure in the United States. A select few retailers have been given the honor of retailing double-signed pieces, and Tiffany & Co. has even had a limited edition Patek Philippe, the reference T150, made in 2001 to commemorate their 150 year relationship.
