PATEK PHILIPPE, REF. 651. STEEL DRESS WATCH, TWO-TONE DIAL Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 871612, case No. 641418, Ref. 651. Made in 1948, sold on July 17th, 1950. Fine and very rare, stainless steel, keyless dress watch with two-tone dial. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Three-body, brushed, snap-on case back. D. Two-tone, brushed and polished silver with applied steel baton indexes and Arabic quarter-hour numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial. Steel feuille hands. M. Cal. 17-250, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 45.5 mm.
