Patek Philippe & Cie., Geneve, No. 891268, case No. 420480, Ref. 689. Made in 1947, sold on April 6, 1948. Very fine and elegant, thin, keyless platinum Art Deco dress watch with white gold and pearl chain. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Three-body, "variée carrure ronde", polished and brushed. D. Brushed silver with applied white gold faceted baton indexes, outer dot minute divisions, subsidiary seconds. White gold "dauphine" hands. M. 17???, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 43 mm.
