Very fine and very rare, 18K yellow gold, keyless, astronomical dress watch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and Patek Philippe box. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

C. Three-body, "moderne" with concave bezel, polished and brushed, rectangular bow. D. Matte silver, applied yellow gold Arabic numerals and dot indexes, outer minute divisions, subsidiary dials for the months and four-year cycle, date and days of the week, aperture at 6 o'clock for phases of the moon concentric with subsidiary seconds. Yellow gold "feuille" hands. M. 37 mm 17''', rhodium plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, stamped twice with the seal of Geneva quality mark, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensation balance with 8 adjustments, Breguet balance spring, "swan-neck" micrometric regulator.
