Notes

This is the fi rst time this Ref. 885 enamel pendant watch has ever appeared at auction. Accompanied by its original hang tag, it is interesting to note that in 1983 it had an enormous retail price of 11,700,000 Yen (140,000 SFr. today), a price surprisingly close to that of the enamel dome clock, lot 595, which had a retail price of 12 million 800 thousand yen.
