Notes

Modern skeletonised pocket watches by Patek are very rare; this is only the second one to appear at auction. The combination of the exquisitely hand-engraved movement, the large size and the complete documentation, as well as the fact that this pocket watch has probably never been used, remaining in a safety deposit box, make it an extremely desirable future collectible for the Patek Philippe enthusiast.
