PATEK PHILIPPE REF. 918 ELLIPSE-SHAPED SKELTONIZED KEYLESS DRESS WATCH Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 937092, case No. 4015611, Ref. 918/4. Made in 1996, sold on October 10th, 1997. Extremely fine and rare, ellipse-shaped, skeletonized, 18K yellow gold, diamond and emerald-set keyless dress watch set with a total of 109 diamonds. 0.60 carat, with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe long chain and cord fob. Accompanied by the original fitted box, the Certificate of Origin, Extract from the Archives and registered guarantee card and papers.

C. Two-body, ellipse-shaped, polished, the bezel and bow set with 109 diamonds, transparent back with foliate engraved border, winding crown set with a cabochon emerald, sapphire crystals. D. Black oxydised gold feuille hands. M. Cal. 17-170 SQ, skeletonized, hand-engraved, the barrel cover pierced with the Calatrava symbol, 18 jewels, straightline lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Movement signed. Diam. 53 x 45 mm. Thickness 7mm.
