Indirect Center Seconds Patek Philippe & Co, Genève, ?Calatrava?, movement No. 864647, case No. 632323, Ref 96. Made in 1945, sold on March 13th, 1946. Very fine and rare, early, indirect center seconds, stainless steel wristwatch with stainless steel Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Three-body, polished and brushed, flat bezel, concave lugs, snap-on case-back. D. Two tone, silver and salmon with black painted baton indexes and applied steel radial Arabic quarter numerals, outer minute/second division, outermost 1/5th second division with Arabic five second/minute markers. Polished steel baton hour and minute hands, blued steel seconds hand. M. 12'''SC, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, wolf's tooth winding, 20 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swanneck micrometer regulator. Dial, case, and movement signed. Diam. 31 mm. Thickness 11 mm.
