Very fine and rare, indirect center seconds, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a period Patek Philippe fitted box.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, flat bezel, concave lugs, snap-on case back. D. Black with applied yellow gold faceted baton and round indexes, outer 1/5th seconds track with 5-second Arabic markers, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. 12??? 120, rhodium-plated, fausses-côtes decoration, 18 jewels, wolf ?s tooth winding, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring, index regulator.
