Very fine and rare, rectangular, 18K white gold wristwatch with one minute tourbillon regulator, power reserve indication and an 18K white gold Piaget deployant buckle. Guilloche silver with applied white gold indexes on a plain reserve, outer minute track, sector for the up and down indication at 6, aperture for the tourbillon cage under a polished titanium bridge, carrying the subsidiary seconds hand. White gold dauphine hand. M. Cal. 600 P, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 24 jewels, tourbillon carriage with 3 titanium bridges, lateral lever escapement with one-minute flying tourbillon regulator, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring.
