Piaget, Ref. 15918 The Piaget Ref. 15918, a thin 33 mm. self-winding wristwatch with leap-year perpetual calendar and moon phases, marked an intermediate step between the sleek time-only watches Piaget produced mid-century and the high-complication watches it makes today. When the Ref. 15918 was made in the 1980’s, it was part of the “Gouverneur” collection, which also included a chronograph, a self-winding chronometer, and a Grand and Petite Sonnerie – all higher-level complications than the company was previously known for. This reference should not be confused with the Ref. 15958 which is just triple date.
