C. Four-body, bassine, the back cover with engraved foliate monogram ?PW?, the interior engraved ?28 Mai 1899?. Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and outermost fifths of a second divisions with Arabic five second numerals, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials. Gold spade hands. M. 19???, matte gilt, 23 jewels, wolf ?s tooth winding, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with peripheral temperature and meantime adjustment screws, blued steel Breguet balance spring with overcoil, index regulator. Punched with Poitevin?s mark on the dial plate, cuvette signed by the retailer. DIAM. 51 mm.
