Notes

Property of an Important Collector, Original Owner.

RGM Watch Company was born from traditional Swiss training and American ingenuity. Inspired by the late 19th century and early 20th century American watchmaking, brand founder Roland G. Murphy, a bespoke WOSTEP-trained watchmaker who produced mainly commissioned customization pieces. He endeavored to create all-American watches in the horologically historic Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where Hamilton Watch Company was during the period of 1892 to 1969. All of the RGM movements are s tamped “USA,” denoting the country of origin.
