A very fine and very rare, 18k gold, manual wind open face, key-winding pocket watch with retrograde seconds. The back case entirely foliate and florally engraved, polished bezel, coin-edge band. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with the technical details and foliage. White enamel dial with meantime dial in the lower half, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, large retrograde seconds sector in the upper half, a blue flag with the letter `T` painted within. Gold spade hands, blued steel sewconds hand.
