Very fine and rare, center-seconds, water resistant, self-winding, 18K white gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, leap year indication and an 18K white gold Roger Dubuis buckle.

Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, transparent screwed-down case back, concave bezel and lugs, corrector on the band, sapphire crystals. White with applied white gold radial Breguet numerals and dart indexes, outer dot minute divisions and 1/5th seconds track, subsidiary dial for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months, the moon phases and the leap year indication. White gold feuille hands. Cal. RD 5739, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 30 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, swan neck regulator, central rotor with pink gold "RD" monogram, hack mechanism.
