Very fine, rare and complicated, tonneau-shaped, water-resistant, astronomic, 18K white gold wristwatch with oval button chronograph, register, bi-retrograde perpetual calendar, week of the year indication, moon phases, leap-year indication and an 18K white gold Roger Dubuis deployant clasp. Accompanied by Roger Dubuis wooden fitted box, Certificate of Origin and Bulletin d'Observation.

Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, transparent case back with 8 screws, correctors on the band and between the lugs, stepped bezel with faceted decoration, large curved lugs, screwed bars, sapphire crystals. Satiné silver with printed Arabic numerals, concentric minute track, outer 1/5th second track and ring for the 52 week indication, subsidiary dials at 6 for the months with aperture for the leap-year indication, at 3 for the 30-minute register, at 9 for the seconds, aperture at 12 for the moon phases, on the sides, sectors for the retrograde days of the week and date. White gold skeleton feuille hour and minute hands, blued steel cathedral sector hands. Cal. RD5610, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 21 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan neck micrometer regulator.
