Ref. 2303, ?Single Button Chronograph? Rolex, Ref. 2303. Case No. 17890. Made in 1935, retailed by Ronchi Milano. Very fine and extremely rare, small, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with co-axial button chronograph, registers, tachometer and the original Rolex leather strap and gold buckle.

M. Cal. 10 1/2''', rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balancespring. Index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 28.5 mm. Thickness 10.5 mm.
