Ref. 6036, so-called "Jean-Claude Killy". Rolex "Oyster Chronographe, Anti-Magnetique", Ref. 6036. Case No. 847155. Made in 1951. Very fine and important, tonneau-shaped, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers, triple date and the original 18K yellow gold Rolex Jubilee bracelet. Accompanied by the original certificate (now void).
C. Two-body, polished, screwed-down case back engraved with the monogram M.V.G., screwed-down crown. D. Two-tone silver with applied yellow gold dot indexes, Arabic 12, outer minute/seconds divisions, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers, outermost graduation for the days of the month in blue Arabic numerals, apertures for the days of the week and the months. Yellow gold ?Alpha" hands. M. Cal. 72C, 13''', rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 13 mm.
