Ref. 3937, ?Prince? Rolex "Prince, Certified Chronometer", Ref. 3937. Case No. 614620. Made in 1948. Very fine and rare, rectangular curved, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with scroll lugs, Rolex leather bracelet and gilt buckle.

Cal. 300, 7 1/2''', Chronometer, rhodium-plated, 18 jewels, lateral lever escapement, Superbalance adjusted to 6 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 22 x 45 mm. Thickness 10 mm.

Ref. 3937 was one of the last ?Prince? references and was used by the T. Eaton Company for some of the famous 1/4 Century Club presentation watches. The calibre 300, 7 1/2??? was produced between 1932 and 1938. This reference exists in 18K yellow gold, 18K pink gold. 14K yellow gold, and stainless steel.
