Notes

Reference 6564 was made in stainless steel, steel and 9K gold, 9K gold and 18K pink or 18K yellow gold, and 9K and 18K pink and yellow gold with steel back. The present lot bears the reference number 6564 as well as 6567 in the case back. References 6564 and 6567 are identical with the exception of the bezel. The case bodies and backs were interchangeable at the factory. The caliber 1030 was produced between 1950 and 1957 and continued to be found in watches for some years later. This watch is illustrated in ?Rolex, Collecting Wristwatches?, by Osvaldo Patrizzi, 2001 Edition, p 187.
