Ref. 6234 Gold ?Medical Chronograph? Rolex, ?Oyster, Chronographe, Anti-magnetique?, Ref. 6234. Case No.166680. Made in 1956 and retailed by Serpico Y Laino (Caracas, Venezuela). Very fine and equally rare, tonneau-shaped, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman?s wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers, pulsation scale and a Rolex gold-plated buckle.

C. Three-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown, inclined bezel. D. Off-white with applied yellow gold faceted baton indexes, luminous dot markers, outer minutes and seconds divisions with fifths of a second divisions, outermost blue pulsation scale graduated for 30 pulsations, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12- hour and 30-minute registers. Luminous yellow gold ?Alpha? hands. M. Cal. 72, 13???, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, shock-absorber, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 14 mm.
