Rolex "Prince Savonnette", Ref. 1872-1599, Patent No 334491, 4 September 1930. Extremely fine and rare, rectangular, 9 et gold and stainless steel, hunting-cased gentleman's wristwatch with fitted box and certificate.

C. hinged "guilloché" outer gold case, wire lugs. Stainless steel inner case, polished, anti-dust protecting cap. D. two-tone silver with painted Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds dial. "Spade" blued steel hands. M. 7"' Ultra Prima, rhodiumed, 18 jewels, lateral lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 6 positions, self-compensating Elinvar Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Condition: ' Dim. 24 x 40 mm.
