Rolex, Swiss, No. 2573, circa 1930. Very rare 18 ct. gold and enamel, keyless Art-Déco dress-watch in the style of the Geneva enamelled watches from 1840.
C. Double body, "demi-bassine", decorated overall with champleve and "remouloyé" scrolls and flowers over a black enamel ground. D. Silvered engine-turned dial with Arabic numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "fuseaux" hands. M. 16?, rhodium plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, three adjustments, blued steel Breguet balance spring. Signed on the dial and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 44mm.
