Rolex Oyster Perpetual Chronometer, "Rigid Hooded", Ref. 2940, 1940 's. Very fine and rare tonneau shaped, center second, self winding, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch.

C. polished, satined, screwed back and crown, waterproof, hoocled lugs. D. mat silver with radiumed Arabic numerals. "Bâton" racliumed hands. M. 9 3/4 "' rhodiumed, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 32 mm.
